Wellbeing can seem like an abstract concept, but in this course, we’ll break it down using Professor Martin Seligman’s renowned PERMAH Framework.   • The Wellbeing Program is a 7-week course featuring weekly 90-minute group classes conducted via Zoom. Each week, we’ll explore one aspect of the PERMAH Framework, providing you with practical tools and strategies for each pillar of wellbeing.

  • The PERMAH Framework, developed by Professor Martin Seligman, focuses on six key pillars that contribute to wellbeing: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health. Each week in the program, we’ll explore one of these pillars and build actionable habits around it.

    The Kaizen Life Academy App also contains an extensive Positive Psychology Toolkit to further support your journey.

  • All sessions are recorded, so if you’re unable to attend live, you’ll be able to catch up at your convenience. Recordings will be made available on the coaching platform within 24 hours after each session.

  • The workbook includes exercises, reflections, and practical tools that support each week’s theme. It’s designed to help you deepen your learning, track your progress, and integrate what you’ve learned into daily life.
