We introduce you to the course and examine one of the most important aspects of mindfulness – attention to the present moment.

Automaticity
This module focuses on automatic patterns and reactivity.

Judgement
We examine how judgements can often prevent us from openly connecting to reality.
Module Four
Acceptance
We dive deep into conflict, acceptance and the ability to allow experiences to be present.
Module Five
Goals
We will explore the relationship between mindful living in the present and your goals for the future.
Module Six
Compassion
Compassion is an important part of mindful living is compassion. This module focuses on the ability to be kind to others and to ourselves.
Module Seven
The Ego
We explore the self, the ego and our identity. We look at the relationship between mindfulness and our sense of self.
Module Eight
Integration
The final module brings together the previous topics and explores ways to integrate mindful living into every day.

I’m Paul Poulos, the founder of the Narcolepsy Life Academy.
I’ve been exploring mindfulness and meditation for the past decade and know first hand how mindful living and a consistent mindfulness practice can help transform your life with Narcolepsy.
- I have studied mindfulness with the Human Potential Institute
- I study Subtle Energy Meditation under the mentorship of Kevin Schoeninger and Stephen Skelton and their teachings of Subtle Energy Meditation through “Raising Our Vibration” (raisingourvibration.net).
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness and meditation with others as well as supporting people with Narcolepsy to develop their own practice and experience an improvement in their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
